This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which exchanges or refunds are accepted.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of precious metal products, we do not offer returns for refunds.
We offer exchanges only, subject to the following conditions:
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with the original invoice.
• Products must be in resalable condition, free from scratches, dents, or damage.
• Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are not provided except in the following cases:
• If the product is damaged during transit
• If an incorrect product is delivered
• If the order is cancelled by Krishna Jewellers due to stock or pricing issues
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
• Our team will verify and arrange replacement or refund
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• Customized or engraved products
• Made-to-order items
• Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering
• Items without original packaging and invoice
• Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
6. Price & Weight Variation Disclaimer
• Silver and gold prices fluctuate daily based on market rates.
• Product weight and dimensions may vary slightly due to handcrafted manufacturing.
• Exchange or refund value (if applicable) will be calculated based on the prevailing metal rate and company policy at the time of processing.
7. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping charges for exchanges must be borne by the customer unless the fault is from Krishna Jewellers.
8. Cancellation Policy
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
